Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026  ·  Effective: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WeExchange, operated by R2P2 Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("WeExchange," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WeExchange mobile application and related services (the "Service"). WeExchange is a listing and information platform for owners of insurance agencies and prospective buyers; we do not act as a broker, dealer, business broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to all users of the Service, including agency owners who create listings ("Agency Owners") and prospective acquirers who browse and evaluate listings ("Buyers"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you register, and your role (Agency Owner or Buyer).
  • Agency and financial information (Agency Owners): agency name, location, lines of business, number of locations and employees, years in operation, and multi-year financial data including revenue, expenses, premium volume, and figures used to derive EBITDA and valuation. You choose whether a listing is public, anonymous, or private (see Section 5).
  • Buyer preferences: acquisition criteria, watchlist selections, and expressions of interest you submit.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and other content you send to us or through the Service.
  • AI-generated insights: when you use a feature that produces an AI-written summary or explanation of a valuation, the relevant agency listing and valuation data is sent to our third-party AI provider to generate that text. Section 6 describes exactly what is and is not included.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, and how you interact with the Service.
  • Push notification tokens: a device identifier used to deliver notifications, if you enable them.
  • Subscription status: records of your in-app purchases and subscription state, received through Apple and our subscription-management provider (see Section 6).

Information we do not collect

We do not collect or store your payment card or bank account details. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your full payment credentials.

3. How we use information

  • To create and operate your account and provide the Service.
  • To generate agency valuations, ranges, and related analysis.
  • To match Buyers and Agency Owners and surface relevant listings.
  • To process and verify subscriptions and unlock paid features.
  • To send transactional email and, if enabled, push notifications.
  • To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
  • To improve and develop the Service.

4. Valuations are estimates

Valuations, ranges, multiples, and related figures produced by the Service are automated estimates derived from the data you provide and from publicly available economic data. They are not appraisals, audits, or financial, legal, or tax advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or any transaction outcome. See our Terms of Service for more.

5. How agency information is shared, and listing visibility

What other users can see about a listing depends on the visibility setting the Agency Owner chooses:

SettingWhat subscribed Buyers can see
PublicAll listing details, including the agency name and location.
Anonymous / PrivateThe agency name is shown as "Confidential Agency," and identifying details — including city, ZIP code, and phone number — are withheld. However, financial information (such as revenue, expenses, premium volume, and EBITDA) and the valuation, range, and multiple remain visible to subscribed Buyers, along with state, lines of business, and operational scale.

In other words, anonymity hides identifying details but does not hide your financial or valuation data from Buyers with paid access. Choose your visibility setting with that in mind. Agency Owners always see their own listing in full, unredacted.

We also share information with service providers (Section 6), and we may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of WeExchange and its users. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Service providers

We rely on the following providers, who process information on our behalf or as needed to deliver the Service:

ProviderPurpose
AppleApp distribution and in-app purchase / subscription processing.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)Application hosting, database storage, and transactional email delivery (Amazon SES).

When this feature is active, we send the agency's listing and valuation data — including the agency name, city, and state (withheld for anonymous listings shown to prospective buyers, per Section 5), EBITDA, premium volume, valuation figures, years in operation, number of locations, and lines of business. We do not send phone numbers, email or street addresses, ZIP codes, number of employees, or internal account identifiers.

These providers are authorized to use information only to perform services for us and under obligations consistent with this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 8.

8. Your choices and rights

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International users

The Service is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you consent to that processing.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
